ENDURANCE 35

Friday's focus is endurance training. The goal is to maximize oxygen consumption and improve the hearts ability to peak and recover. This workout is key for improving athletic performance and endurance.

HEART HUSTLE 25

The workout goal is to maximum caloric expenditure and decrease overall body fat. The target group includes individuals focused on weight loss, athletic endurance and conditioning and overall heart health.

LEGS & CARDIO

The Legs and Cardio workout includes 8 leg focused exercises for 24 total minutes. This allows the coaches to insure proper exercise form to maximize your overall leg development.

STRENGTH 30

The Strength30 workout utilizes a 30 second work period with a 10 second rest period. Each Tabata will focus on a specific muscle group to maximum intensity within each 3 minute Tabata.

ABS & CARDIO

The Abs and Cardio workout includes 8 core exercises for 24 total minutes. This workout will improve core stability and abdominal definition. Schedule this workout to eliminate stubborn love handles and belly fat. The class also includes a 24 minute high intensity cardio circuit that is scientifically proven to burn fat and increase your aerobic capacity for a healthier you.

UPPER BODY & CARDIO

The Upper Body and Cardio workout includes 8 Upper Body exercises for 24 total minutes. We will challenge your chest, back, core, and arms throughout this workout. The class also includes a 24 minute high intensity cardio circuit that is scientifically proven to burn fat and increase your aerobic capacity for a healthier you.
